We were notified by the ABAA today, January 13th, that due to the wildfires in Southern California, resulting in the Red Cross and FEMA needing use of the Pasadena Convention Center, the ABAA Book Fair has had to be cancelled.
Our thoughts are prayers go out to all those affected, in so many ways, by this tragedy.
The 57th California International Antiquarian Book Fair will be held in Pasadena in February of 2025!
Mark your calendars for the 57th ABAA Book Fair, being held in Pasadena in 2025, from Friday, February 7th through Sunday, February 9th.
Featuring the collections and rare treasures of approximately 100 ABAA/ILAB booksellers from around the world, the California International Antiquarian Book Fair is recognized as one of the world’s largest and most prestigious exhibitions of antiquarian books.
As always, there will be special exhibits, lectures and panel discussions on a variety of topics.
The California International Antiquarian Book Fair gives visitors the opportunity to see, learn about, and purchase the finest in rare and valuable books, manuscripts, autographs, graphics, photographs, print ephemera, and much more.
Swan's Fine Books will be exhibiting the Arion Press Classic books, which we are representing on behalf of Andrew Hoyem and his wife, Diana Ketcham. Andrew and Diana will be joining us at the fair for the Friday opening and part of Saturday.
