The Roman poet Ovid (b. 43 BCE) is one of the three canonical poets of Latin literature (Virgil and Horace being the other two). His "Metamorphoses" has been a perennial favourite and this volume presents them in the original Latin.

___CONDITION: Volume fine, with clean boards, straight corners without rubbing, a strong, square text block with solid hinges, the interior is clean and bright, and entirely free of prior owner markings; as new. The dust jacket a shade below fine, clean, free of noticeable edgewear and tears, with remnants of a bar code on the back panel.
