A collection of material from printer-members, past and present, of the Roxburghe Club of San Francisco; this impressive portfolio represents the work from numerous fine printers and designers, who were each asked to contribute work of their own choosing. The pieces range from small broadsides and keepsakes to whole booklets, and each piece is enclosed in a folded sheet with a short biography of the press on the front.

___DESCRIPTION: Thirty-three sheets each folded once, one sheet serving as the title page with red initials of the Roxburghe Club, with an introductory text and a list of contents, thirty-two folded sheets with printed material laid inside; Janson and Van Dijck types, Mohawk Superfine Cover paper, elephant folio size (16" by 10.5"), one of 100 copies, this number 34. Loosely laid in is the small notation to add the Tamalpais Press to the list of contents (often missing). Housed in a clamshell box coverd in grey cloth, with white paper label with red and black lettering inset on the front board, white paper spine label with black lettering, and trays covered in grey paper.
___CONDITION: A fine copy; with clean sheets, without wear, and entirely free of prior owner markings. The clamshell box also fine, strong and sturdy, clean and without wear.
