Clark Ashton Smith (1893-1961) was a prolific writer, best known for his contributions to the fantasy and horror story magazine "Weird Tales", alongside such writers as H. P. Lovecraft and Robert E. Howard, and his contributions to the Cthulhu Mythos; "Other Dimensions" is a collection of Smith's short stories, published posthumously in 1970 by Arkham House, and contains stories published from the 1910s to the 1950s in pulp magazines such as "Weird Tales" and others.
The dust jacket has illustrations by Lee Brown Coye (1907-1981), known for creating art for pulp and science fiction publications, as well as a self-portrait of Clark Ashton Smith on the rear panel.

In a black paper dust jacket with an illustration by Lee Brown Coye and blue lettering on the front panel, white and blue lettering on the spine, a self-portrait of the author on the rear panel, a description of the book on the front flap, and author bio on the rear flap; the dust jacket is unclipped with the original price of $6.50 on the front flap.
___CONDITION: A fine copy; the covers clean, the corners straight and unrubbed, the binding tight with solid hinges, the interior clean and bright, and free of prior owner markings; clean, crisp, as new; small mark on the front joint, else fine. The dust jacket is fine also, unclipped, clean, with very light edge wear to the head and tail of the spine and to the corners, and a few stray marks to the interior panels.
