New York: St. Martin's Press (1996), 1996. First Edition. Hardcover. Octavo size, 240 pp, inscribed by Aaron Spelling. Near Fine / near fine. Item #16061902

Aaron Spelling (1923-2006) was the most prolific writer and producer in television history; as one of the review blurbs on the back of the dust jacket for this book states, "There hasn't been a decade when Aaron Spelling didn't figure out what the American public really wanted and give it to them before someone else did" (Brandon Tartikoff, Chairman of New World Entertainment); he has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and in 1996 was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame (n. b., much of the above info from Wiki).

This copy is inscribed by Aaron Spelling to "Ian", who may (we will never know for certain) have been Ian Ziering, one of the stars of Beverly Hills, 90210 as follows: "Dear Ian, / Have a great / party! Why wasn't / I invited!! Shall / I blame it on John. / Aaron Spelling".
