This symposium is one of a series which began in 1951 as an Office of Naval Research sponsored "Conference on Detonation". Sponsorship has expanded during the years and now includes Army, Air Force, Department of Energy and Navy sponsors. Sixteen nations were represented at Annapolis. This volume contains the complete set of papers and discussions for both the formal sessions and the poster sessions of the symposium.

___CONDITION: Overall near fine, the cloth binding clean and without wear, the corners straight, solid hinges, a strong square text block, the interior clean and bright, and entirely free of prior owner markings; a slight bow to the front board, else fine.
